HOW TO ORDER OUR PRODUCTS
You can order one of our pieces by email or phone. If you are choosing one of our featured pieces, we will confirm the size, timber and finish. We will send you an invoice for a 50% deposit which will be payable prior to commencement of work.
CUSTOM DESIGNED FURNITURE
If you would like your own uniquely created piece, we will help you through the design process using architectural software so that you can see the shape and style before it is made.
DELIVERY
Free delivery is included on the Mornington Peninsula, we will calculate your delivery cost outside the area in your quote.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General
All products supplied are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without notice.
It is your responsibility to review this document periodically for changes.
2. Product Information
Timber products are crafted from natural materials and may show variations in grain, texture, colour, and tone.
Timber is a living material and may expand or contract with changes in environment. These are natural characteristics, not faults.
Custom orders are built to your specifications. Please confirm all details before finalising your order.
3. Quotations and Orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Production begins after written confirmation and receipt of any required deposit.
Changes to confirmed orders may result in additional charges and extended lead times.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless otherwise stated.
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your order. Full payment is required prior to delivery or installation.
Accepted payment methods include [e.g., EFT, credit card,direct bank deposit].
5. Warranties
The relevant warranties for all products and the specific conditions that apply to those warranties are set out in the accompanying product specifications.
These warranties and their conditions, as outlined in the specifications, form part of these Terms and Conditions.
If products are purchased by the customer as a Consumer (as defined under Section 3 of the Australian Consumer Law), then the consumer guarantees and rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to the warranties stated in this agreement.
6. Timber Products
This clause applies to any order for products that include timber or other wood-based materials.
By submitting an order for any product containing timber or wood, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
Timber and wood-based materials are natural products and may display natural variations in texture, shade, color, surface finish, markings, veining, and may include fissures, indentations, and occlusions.
Timber is a hygroscopic material, meaning it is subject to natural expansion and contraction due to environmental conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the supplier accepts no liability for any damage, deterioration, disfiguration, or loss resulting from:
Natural expansion and contraction
Exposure to liquids, moisture, humidity, or other damaging substances
Exposure to sunlight, UV radiation, or other natural elements
Impact, abrasion, scratching, or normal wear and tear
Failure to follow the specifications, product care instructions, or recommended usage guidelines
These limitations apply from the moment risk in the products passes to the customer, as described in Clause 10.
7. Packaging and Storage
Products will be suitably packaged to ensure protection against damage during delivery, loading, and unloading.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are stored in an appropriate environment prior to installation to avoid damage from humidity, sunlight, or mishandling.
8. Delivery and Inspection
Within 14 business days of delivery to the designated delivery point, the customer must inspect the products. Products may only be rejected if:
They do not comply with the order; or
They contain identifiable defects.
If a defect or non-conformance is identified, the customer must notify the supplier in writing within this 14-day period, clearly outlining the reasons for rejection. The supplier will, at its discretion:
Replace the affected products; or
Issue a refund for the affected products.
If the customer does not inspect and notify the supplier within 14 business days, the products are deemed accepted in the delivered condition.
The customer indemnifies the supplier from any claim, cost, or damage resulting from the resale or installation of products that:
Did not comply with the order; or
Contained defects that should have been reasonably identified during inspection.
Installation and Maintenance
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all products are installed and maintained in accordance with the latest product specifications and care guidelines.
The supplier is not liable for any loss, damage, or defect resulting from improper installation, incorrect maintenance, or failure to follow care instructions.
10. Risk and Title
Risk of loss, damage, or deterioration passes to the customer upon delivery or collection at the designated delivery point.
Ownership and title remain with the supplier until full payment is received. Until that time:
The customer holds the products as bailee only;
The customer may resell the products in the ordinary course of business and must hold the proceeds on trust;
The supplier may demand return of the products and enter the customer’s premises to repossess them.
11. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate delivery details, site access, and measurements.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
12. Intellectual Property
All drawings, plans, and designs remain the intellectual property of the supplier and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.
13. Force Majeure
The supplier is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply shortages, transportation delays, pandemics, or regulatory actions.
14. Dispute Resolution
The supplier aims to resolve all disputes amicably.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of Australian Consumer Law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australian Consumer Law. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.
